We cook a range of smoked meats on our custom BBQ smokers which create a unique taste like no other you’ve tasted before!
Smoked meats such as- Portuguese style chicken, brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, lamb ribs, lamb shanks- all served on a bed of our seasoned chips, coleslaw OR fresh green salad.
Brisket, pulled pork, veggie or peri peri chicken burgers are a huge hit and are totally off the richter scales for taste and juiciness! And definitely have the “wow that’s a huge burger” reaction…
We’re very well known for our super crunchy, tasty seasoned hot chips which has people raving on about the flavour for days! Keeping customers coming back for more!!
Can’t go wrong with our range of loaded fries- you can choose from either brisket, pulled pork, veggie or brisket chilli con carne (for the chilli lovers).
Oh and let’s not forget the tasty smoked cheese sausage!
